1990 Lawrence High Volleyball Team The 1990 Lawrence High Volleyball Team, coached by the legendary Joan Wells, went through the entire 1990 season undefeated, capturing their second straight 6A state championship and the 11th in school history. They finished ranked 9th in the nation by Mizuno HS Top 25 National Ranking, the only national ranking service at the time for high school volleyball.
