Mark Karle Mark has been a registered official for 43 years, including volleyball the past 25 seasons. He has officiated in 21 consecutive state tournaments and 15 state championship matches. Mark has also officiated in over 20 KVA All-Star matches and has been the Centennial League officials’ assignor for the past 8 seasons. In 2009, mark was named the Volleyball Official of the Year for the state of Kansas. Mark is a highly respected official known not only for his knowledge of the game, but for his professionalism towards players and coaches.
